IMPORTANT: This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to anyone who visits the Cardiosense website. It does not govern patient data, protected health information (PHI), or data collected in clinical or research settings, which are subject to separate agreements and applicable law, including HIPAA where applicable.

Cardiosense, Inc. (“Cardiosense,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a U.S.-based medical device company. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by applicable law. Note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA).

California law provides additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we have collected, the right to delete it, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as defined under California law. Professional contact information collected in a business-to-business context may be subject to limited CCPA exemptions, but we honor all verified consumer rights requests regardless. You may request deletion of your information at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.
